Online and Offline Advertising…which do you use?
Promotion these days is a done in a variety of ways both on and offline. Many business owner that are marketing an online product or promoting an mlm opportunity or online business do not even consider offline advertising. Steps to become a millionaire often have to include using methods that you normally wouldn’t think of. Get outside the box of typical promotions and think of the ways you have been approached or seen that have caught your eye. PPC, ezines, targeted email marketing are all good but limited to budgets and resources not eveyone has.
Refering to marketing offline how many of you have considered – postcard marketing for example. Maybe trying some flyers or poster ads at the local mall or bulletin board at the community center. Flyers left on cars in a parking lot can also be effective, this requires some work and planning but is fairly cost effective. Hey you can even put a sticker or advertisment on your vehicle. You can also place ads in your local newspaper, community newsletter or even periodicals that are distributed to coffee shops and restaruants. Hand out your business cards to new people you meet and even friends and aquaintances you already know. You never know who is looking to change their future.
A work from home business opportunity has to be run just like any other business. You need clients or traffic coming through your door or traffic hitting your website in order to people to see what you have to offer. Getting them there by any means you have at hand (except spamming or illegal methods) is your main task. I try to use an many methods as possible to promote my business. Be creative, be inventive. Traffic is traffic whether targeted or otherwise. If your business is visable and you have a good opportunity – you shall be successful.
