Learn to do this and you will Prosper!

I was never good at talking on the phone about business/marketing/opportunities.  Do you find it hard to talk to associates or business seekers on the phone,  getting hung up on,  or not knowing how to handle objections?

Time after time, I would basically get laughed at followed by am immediate “Click”.

I just couldn’t figure it out.  What was I doing wrong?  There were so many people out there that were effortlessly sponsoring people on the phone.  Remember if you are in mlm or network marketing you will eventually have to speak to someone.

I did this for what seemed like a lifetime.  I wasn’t getting anywhere with my business, basically sponsoring one or two every now and then.

Recruiting, sponsoring, finding business partners is not an easy thing to do.

But then I found something that changed the way I talked to prospects forever.  It was a video interview with Mike Dillard, and master recruiter Mark Wieser.

In this video Mark get grilled by Mike on how he is able to personally sponsor over 254 reps in one year and how he is able to do it with such ease.

I figured out that I needed to change the way that I was talking to the prospects.  I needed to qualify them to see if they are right for my business, not if they would be interested in joining.

I also figured out that I am the boss,  I need to control the situation,  I am interviewing my prospects to see if they would be good enough to be part of my business.

Basically think of it as if you were the manager interviewing to hire a new employee.

By changing the way that I approach the conversation and the attitude that I have in the conversation, I am now not getting hung up on.  I am sponsoring more than ever.  Prospects are actually thanking me for the conversations that we have.

Sponsoring and talking to prospects doesn’t have to be hard, frustrating, or filled with rejection.

All you need to know  is how to do it the right way, the fun way, from someone that knows how to do it and do it well.

So if you would like to learn how I overcame my fear of talking to prospects on the phone, now sponsor more than ever, and how I never hear the word no again, then you need to get your hands on this free 1 hour video interview.

Making Money Online – Can You Do It?

In this day and age there is a greater number of websites on the internet than there are people on this planet. This can make for a difficult time when trying to find a way to make money on the internet. A lot of opportunities promise you the world and never deliver. Let me give you a few things to consider when trying to choose a home based business opportunity online.

First realize that no one knows your work ethic like yourself. So no one else can make you a promise of how much money you will make, or the length of time it will take you to make it. I don’t care how good the product might be. Stay clear of a company that tells you that its possible to become rich with little or no work at all. For your home based business to stay strong, it needs to grow with the ever changing times. So you must always work at your business, updating, changing formulas, trying new marketing strategies, sending out the old and bringing in the new.

Never let your emotions get in the way of you using your common sense. When I first started looking for a online Home Based Business. I joined one company after another. The idea of being able to work at home clouded my judgments. I would join one company work with it a couple of months, I would never making any money. So I would move on to the next golden opportunity, and I would repeat the same process over and over. This went on for quite some time. I was under the impression that I could join a company, and the big checks would just start rolling in automatically. It just didn’t happen like that for me. It took me a couple of years to find out, in order to be successful with a business you need to learn the business. In order to learn the business you have to work at the business.

I remember back when I first set out to have a Home Based Business. I spent a lot of money. I purchased a lot of programs, and at the time thought that I had wasted a lot of time. Today I know that it took what it took, in order for me to get where I am today. If you are thinking of starting a online business, don’t be discouraged, not knowing if its the right one. Jump in with both feet, work it and make it the right program. I have been there that unsure feeling, not knowing if its going to work. This is the very reason that I am promoting my latest at home opportunity, because it is a program that dedicated to the new guy. It takes you by the hand and shows you exactly what to do, step by step. It even teaches you how to market your business. And that is the most important factor.

I think back to my earlier years, I probably had bought some pretty good products. But I didn’t know what to do with them. Having the best product in the world is useless if no one knows about it. Marketing is the most important piece of the online business puzzle. When you get the time stop by my website and look it over. I’m confident you will like what you see. Today it’s not about me, its about you. The hardest thing about having a Home Based Business, is taking the first step and getting started.

The harsh truth someone once shared with me is, If you are not willing to invest in yourself, then you need a job. You need to work for someone else. Start the journey to Financial Freedom. Wouldn’t you like to wake up in the morning, and be able to go and do anything that your heart desires? Wouldn’t you like to have the time and the money to take that dream vacation that others can only wish for? Get started today. It’s your responsibility, and only you can make it happen.

5 Ways To Monetise Your Blog

blog_postitWhether you’re an amateur blogger or a hardened and experienced professional, you’ve surely heard the stories about million dollar bloggers, massive media exposure, and the huge marketing opportunities associated with online blogging. With many bloggers earning lucrative five, six, or even seven-figure incomes, blogging has changed from a publishing form once thought of as an online journal, to a serious force in the online entrepreneurship world. Regardless of what topic your blog deals with and who your readers are, it’s easily possible to monetise your blog and create an online income opportunity for yourself. While these methods may take up some time to pick up steam, they’ll invariably spawn a manageable online income for you once they gain enough traction and influence.

#1 – Use Google AdSense to build PPC blog earnings.
Google AdSense was once the knight in shining armour of blog advertising, and though it’s glory days are feared to be over, it’s still one of the most simple and lucrative online advertising networks around. Requiring minimal maintenance, Google AdSense is the perfect pick for any blogger that wants the minimum possible maintenance for their online income.

#2 – Embed Amazon affiliate links in your blog copy.
Regardless of what you’re blogging about, Amazon will sell something that’s related to it. As the world’s biggest online store, it’s impossible to have trouble locating something that your readers will be interested in using Amazon’s highly specific search tool and massive online inventory. Although commission rates aren’t fantastic and tracking cookies only last for a short period of time, Amazon sales can still provide a reasonable income for any blogger.

#3 – Offer your services through an additional page on your blog.
You’ve been blogging for a few months and have amassed a decent audience? What to do now? Simply offer your services through an extra page on your blog homepage. Your readers are already interested in what you have to say, so attracting customers and clients should be a piece of cake. Everyone’s an expert at something, and using your skills to work online is a great way to earn an online income.

#4 – Use your blog to advertise and promote local or genre-specific products and services.
This one is a great strategy for anyone looking to work alongside businesses that interest them. When you’ve got a sizable audience, you can offer businesses the services to advertise in your posts and sidebar to attract customers. This strategy can be risky, as too many promotional posts will dilute the effect of your other content and make your blog less popular.

#5 – Accept donations.
This one might come off as a little desperate, but it’s always an option for bloggers that desperately need money to keep their blog going. If you’re going down this route, be sure to effectively market the proposal, and avoid coming off as desperate and needy. There’s nothing readers like less than a desperate author, so present yourself effectively and this strategy can be highly worthwhile.

If you want you can include your affiliate link if you sign up at Clickbank Pirate
Nice way to utilize CB offers!

Earning Residual Income – is easier than you think….

residual income
Earning a reliable residual income stream is highly sought after amongst Affiliate Marketers.  Some residual income affiliate programs and business opportunities can unfortunately take a long time before seeing any results and some residual income formulas require set-up and monthly fees too. Earning residual income though can actually be fast, easy, and completely 100% free.

Signing up for an affiliate program usually only takes a few minutes and once you have an affiliate link you can start earning commissions immediately. Many people think that residual income takes a long time for results but in fact can be very fast because you earn commissions on the first sale as well and not just the re-orders and re-bills.

Earning residual income is as easy as getting people to click your link and place an order or start a subscription with the merchant. You can include affiliate links and product recommendations in newsletters, forum posts, directories, articles, and email marketing.

You’ve probably seen the pyramid schemes and MLM programs advertising fast residual income but that also requires you to pay each month to stay in the program as well as actively recruit new members. Each time a new member joins, you earn residual income from the fees they pay. The idea is that people under you earn you money which is great if you are at the top of the pyramid but terrible if you are lower down where there’s nobody else to recruit. Not only are these programs usually illegal because no product is being interchanged, they can be a losing venture if you don’t recruit enough people to the program. True residual income earns you future money for your past effort. Instead, all money stops as soon as you stop paying your monthly fee.

Earning reliable and free residual income stream from home is totally possible. Lots of businesses offer residual income affiliate programs that anyone can join. Products with monthly subscriptions and re-billing are good examples where businesses are willing to compensate affiliates with residual income commissions for as long as a customer you sent to them continues to subscribe. For example, gambling, web hosting, adult website, and Internet dating merchants are good candidates for offering monthly residual income. But this is just the start. Lots of merchants that don’t have monthly re-billing still offer residual income for returning customers who place re-orders. So a customer who purchases a product today and then returns three months down the road to order again will earn you commissions on both orders. Examples of this type of residual income are jewelers, herbal supplement companies, and clothing stores but the list of merchants is extensive. I recommend you search Google or visit a free residual income directory dedicated to residual income opportunities.  I am involved with and use Global Resorts Network as my primary business and for my vacations.  It is the best of both worlds;  an income generating business and a discount travel repository of 5 Star resorts, cruises, exclusive resorts all for substantial savings.

Earning fast free residual income is as easy as finding a business that offers residual income and having receptive people click your affiliate link. The link works immediately and costs you nothing to use. There are thousands of companies that offer free residual income affiliate programs for a multitude of different products. Once you find one that you’re comfortable with and that’s relevant, all you have to do is get customers from your emails, website, or newsletters to follow your recommendations and purchase from the merchant. Before you know it, you’ll be generating fast free monthly residual income from a home-based business.

The Illusion of Wealth.

running_man1 Wealth, prosperity, abundance or the illusion thereof that our debt laden society provides, has not led us to have more leisure time, as was forecast a generation ago, nor has it helped us live better lives, build better relationships, or build better businesses and organizations. The average American CEO has a tenure of two years, and one in five North Americans suffers from the physical or emotional ravages of stress.

After our survival needs have been met, success cannot be realized by the simple financial bottom line but is the derivative of the purpose, passion and potential we express in our personal lives and in our jobs.

The fundamental basis for human success can be addressed to the basic human desire to validate our existence not by what we get, but rather by what we can give. Our greatest pain does not come from what we cannot have, but rather from the invalidation that we feel, at not expressing our potential in our lives and our work. Potential that can only be expunged and expressed when we go back to the simple truth that the values that are most near and dear to us are the fabric that builds gratification and significant success. Values that remain more important than ever in a society where stress and discontent fill our lives, our workplaces and our communities. Values that can lead us to create a better bridge between our heads and our hearts, between the power that exists when we align our best self with our best work and focus on our power to create our best world.

Often we are too busy, too pressured or too distracted to think about the basic simple fact that the values that we hold close to heart will EITHER conflict with the way we are living and working and cause us undue stress and inner conflict OR alternatively, we can nurture and grow those values to help us decrease stress and increase success in our lives and our businesses.

It is time to begin again to build our lives, businesses and organizations that mirror the universal values that speak to a evolution of self, an evolution of leadership, and an organic evolution of business organizations — we can do this by creating a values bridge between what is and what can be: a better self, a better life, a better business and a better world.

How much stronger would you feel if you took your best self to work and to play each day, by living the values that you set and that you believe in?
How much more streamlined and efficient would your organization be if you could live and work by your convictions and standards in real life and real time?

Here are five questions to ponder.
Five questions that can help you plant the seeds for more success and less stress:

A. What is your intent/vision and how is this intent channeled in your personal life and your work?

B. What is your greatest fear/stressor and how does this fear/stressor limit your personal and professional vision and your potential?

C. What are your three most important values?

D. What can you do today to eliminate the fear/stress by bringing your three most important values to life in your personal and professional surroundings?

E. When are you going to take action? Today? Tomorrow? Next Week?….

Answer those truthfully and you have taken the first step on your journey to Success.
You will soon be paving your own pathway to enrichment in both your personal and business surroundings.

Remember that it is not so much the goal at the end – but the journey in getting there.

Tired Of The Old School Network Marketing Techniques?

Are you tired of the old school network marketing techniques? You know the 3 foot rule, hanging flyers, bugging your family and friends, and holding hotel meetings.

I know that when I first joined my first network marketing company, I was told to use these same techniques. I was told to make a list of 100 people that I knew and basically call every one of them to ask and see if they would be interested in making some extra money.

I was only faced with questions I wasn’t able to answer, getting hung up on, and faced with nothing but rejection.

When I was officially shunned by everyone that I knew, all my upline told me to do was to go out and buy some opportunity leads.

This only led me to some more rejection and spending a bunch of money.

Now I was out of money, and had nothing to show for it.

Then just as I was going to give up, I found what I consider to be the “life saver” for my business.

This life saver I speak of was Mike Dillard’s 7 Day Free Video Boot Camp.

In these 7 free videos Mike explained how I could attract an endless stream of prospects to me ready to join and actually get paid to prospect.

These videos have really changed the way I do my business, and I think they can help you too.
I have implemented Magnetic Sponsoring as one of my key marketing tools.

You can get free instant access to these free videos here…

Selling Yourself | Not your Opportunity

Are you trying too hard? Do you find yourself grasping for that next sale or customer?Relaxing on the Fairway
That may be the biggest mistake you can make in trying to increase your sales volume or attract customers. People are very wary nowadays, specially in this economy. They want their dollars to provide them something of value, something that they can say – ‘hey – I got my money’s worth from that business’.

If you are selling and promoting your opportunity or product without first selling yourself – then people whom are not familiar with who you are are not going to be that willing to open their pocketbooks and shell out their hard earned dollars. First promote yourself, promote from your heart, offer a solution too what people are needing a fix for. Show people what you stand for, provide them honest and concise information, give them value | Not value from your business or product side – but value from a human side.

Some websites and business systems are so automated that you sometimes get the feeling you are working with or for a robot:

“Prospects enter here. Input info here. Wait for email and follow instructions. Give me money and I will make you rich”.

To an extent automation is good but there still should be a human side – A side with some emotion and feeling.
I would rather deal with a business that has a human brain behind it rather than an automated program that filters everything coming in and going out. I want to know that there is somebody I can call or contact to get help or information from when needed.

If you sell and promote yourself – I feel you show a more open side of you and your business opportunity.
People may or may not like you depending on your personality – but wouldn’t you rather have people that like you and know a little bit about you – working with you?

So if you are going to sell – sell the person not the business. Sell the human element – not the automation.
Make business about people and not the money.

Brand yourself with Passion!

dollar_on_hill You may wonder what this “personal branding” talk is all about and how it affects you. It actually affects everyone who is running their own business because it is an integral part of the overall marketing effort. What every marketer aims for is mindshare on the part of their targeted market, and mindshare is created with repetition and with presenting oneself in a unique fashion. The ultimate goal is to become well-known and trusted among your customers and potential customers so that it creates viral marketing momentum.
Consumer products companies have known this for more than 100 years, and the best of them are still around today – Ford, General Electric, RCA, Coca-Cola, John Deere, Johnson & Johnson, 3M, to name just a few. There is great brand loyalty, especially among the lower socio-economic classes, and internet marketers know how valuable their brands are to their bottom line.

Just like everything else in marketing that is connected with building trust, it’s a long-term process. You must prove over and over again that you deserve your customers’ trust. Personal honesty is the best way to build a brand. When you decide on a business that resonates with your inner needs – a business that you feel truly passionate about – building your personal brand will be much easier. Consumers are swamped with hype these days, and they are sick and tired of it. Above everything else, your brand must be believable in order to convince. So make sure that your messages come from the heart, show your passion, and truly connect with your market.

Think carefully about what type of business you start. If you have professional expertise that you gained as an employee, and you are considering marketing your expertise as a consultant, make sure that it is something that you have always enjoyed doing. If not, look for something else that resonates with who you are as a person and will give you plenty of personal satisfaction. You will be working very hard as an entrepreneur – probably harder and longer than you ever did – make it something enjoyable!

Attracting Greater Wealth with 12 Commandments

family-bibleHave you earned what you are worth? Ever? What value to you place on your time and knoweldge? Did you earn what you deserve in 2008? Most people do not earn what they are worth nor do they get recognized for their accomplishments or achievements. If you take action and utilize these simple yet powerful concepts you can attract greater wealth in your life in 2009 and beyond! This article exerpt is courtesy of David Bach – The Automatic Millionaire.  It offers great insight into how we think and what we can do to change our own destiny. Apply these commandments to your business, work from home opportunity and yourself and see the changes that manafest.

COMMANDMENT 1
WHATEVER YOU EARN RIGHT NOW IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU ACCEPTED.
People constantly complain about how much money they make-or, rather, how much they don’t make. I call them the gripers. They say things like “My boss doesn’t appreciate me,” or “I haven’t gotten a raise in over a year,” or “All my hard work and effort goes unnoticed,” or “If only I worked for XYZ Company, I’d make twice what I’m a making now,” or-and this is the classic line-”I’m in a dead-end career going nowhere.” For the next 30 days I want you to say to yourself whenever you hear one of these people going on about how lousy his or her situation is: “If their work is so unappreciated, they should get off their collective butts and change their destiny.”

COMMANDMENT 2
SOCIETY REWARDS PEOPLE WHO ADD VALUE.
The single greatest way to increase your income is to add value. I learned this important lesson from motivational speaker Zig Zigler. Zig says that in order for you to get out of life what you want, you have to help other people get out of life what they want. Even if you never did anything else of note, this one action would boost your standing with your boss or client. (By the way, this works with significant others and children too.)

COMMANDMENT 3
DISCOVER WHAT MAKES YOU UNIQUELY VALUABLE.
We are all blessed with special talents that make us unique. Some people discover their talent at a young age and from then on focus their lives on honing it until they are rewarded by society.
The question you need to ask yourself (or ask others who know you) is what makes you uniquely valuable. What is it that you have to offer? Chances are there is something that you love doing. Most likely it’s something you’re good at. The point is, if you focus on this thing you love doing, you can become uniquely valuable enough at it that you can be paid significantly to do it.

COMMANDMENT 4
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THINGS OTHER PEOPLE SHOULD BE DOING FOR YOU.
Time is our most precious asset. Yet most people waste it doing stuff that someone else can do. Figure out what you make an hour and then never do something that you can pay someone else less to do.

COMMANDMENT 5
CLEAN UP THE MESSES IN YOUR LIFE.
Whether it’s at home or at work most people are slowed down by the messes that clutter their space. Consider cleaning your office first! According to time-management expert Jeffrey Mayer, author of Time Management for Dummies, most people spend about an hour a day looking for papers that are lost on the top of their desks-60 percent of which aren’t needed anyway! Now, think about this for a second. If the average person is really spending an hour a day looking for stuff, that’s about 22 hours a month, or 264 hours a year, down the drain. That’s a whole month of working time.
The messes in your life don’t stop at the office. You should clean up your home as well.

COMMANDMENT 6
ASK YOURSELF…WHERE DO YOU WANT TO BE FINANCIALLY IN THREE YEARS?
One of the greatest things you can do is to get really clear on your direction. To assist my clients and help them do this I always ask them the following question…If we were getting together three years from today, what would you want to see happen in your life to feel you had made great financial progress?

Some people call this goal setting. I call it life planning. Why write it down? Well as motivational expert Anthony Robbins taught me, if your life is worth living its worth recording!

COMMANDMENT 7
INVEST IN YOURSELF.
For some reason, once most people leave school (and it does not matter whether we’re talking about high school, college, or graduate school), they stop valuing the process of learning. I think this is a big mistake. The common denominator among really successful people is that they consistently seek new skills and better tools. Less than 5 percent of Americans read books like this one. They can propel you to a higher quality of life and happiness.

COMMANDMENT 8
LEARN TO BE A “GO-GIVER.”
John Templeton, the billionaire investor and renowned philanthropist, once said that the key to life is not to be a go-getter but a “go-giver.” This one statement changed my life. It is so easy to get caught up in whatever it is we are trying to accomplish, which often leads us to believe that we should be a go-getter. But a go-getter focuses on getting. A go-giver focuses on giving.
I’m not just talking about giving financially to charity but also about giving time to the people who need it. This can even start at home with your children or at the office with a new employee. Seek to be the person who is there with a helping hand.

COMMANDMENT 9
MAKE A DECISION.
Your financial future can be shaped the moment you make a financial decision. Remember the basic philosophy of Smart People Finish Rich: When it comes to your future, you can be either proactive or reactive. Most people never make up their minds about the things that are important to them. So ask yourself: What’s one big decision have I been avoiding? I suggest that you stop avoiding it and act on it in 2009.

COMMANDMENT 10
FOCUS ON BEING A “GO-TO PERSON.”
In sports, certain athletes are known as “go-to guys/gals.” These are the players who can be counted on to deliver in a pinch. The idea is that when the game is on the line, others give the ball to the guy/gal who can make the play.

COMMANDMENT 11
TO MAKE MORE MONEY, YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR MORE MONEY.
In sales, they say the key to success is learning that you have to ask for the order. But salespeople aren’t the only ones who need to learn that lesson. Everything in life that’s important requires you to “ask for the order.” From getting promoted to getting your children to pick up their clothes, you’re not going to get what you really want if you don’t ask for it. Yes, if you do all the other commandments I’ve listed, you’re bound to be rewarded in some way or another-but if you are going to be able to charge your customer more or get that raise you want and deserve, ultimately you’re going to have to ask for it.

COMMANDMENT 12
LIVE BY THE PHILOSOPHY OF MIHN!
MIHN stands for Make It Happen Now! In life I believe there are really four types of people. Those who watch things happen, those who wonder what happened, those who complain about what happened, and those who MAKE THINGS HAPPEN NOW! As you go about your life, ask yourself regularly which person are you being. Life is not a dress rehearsal. You get in life exactly what you go for. I say the heck with being a spectator and jump in.

Remember to stop and smell the roses too! Life is not just about money and wealth creation. You shouldn’t get so consumed with your financial journey that you don’t spend enough time-sharing moments with the people you love and doing the things that you have passion for.
